Arrival and Departure
The huts are available from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival and should be left clean and tidy by 10am on the day of your departure to allow us to prepare for the next guests. During the low season, we may be able to offer an early arrival or later departure, subject to availability however, we cannot guarantee this. All the huts are left unlocked, so if no one is about, please go in and make yourselves at home. You will find your key inside your hut.
Occupancy
Kindly note, the huts are mostly used by adults and sleep a maximum of two. If you intend to bring a child, please check before booking. You must be at least 18 years old to
make a reservation. Those under 18 years old are not permitted to stay unless a parent or guardian is also staying in the same unit.
No visitors are permitted to the site and the facilities are for residents only. If you would like a visitor please do let us know in advance so we may look to accommodate your request.
Guest Obligations and Responsibilities
The guests ('you') agree to:
- Keep the huts and its fixtures and fittings in the same condition and repair as on arrival.
- Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm – 7am.
- No amplified/speaker music on site – please try to keep general noise to a minimum and respect your neighbours at all times.
- Leave crockery and cutlery clean and in the same space you found it.
- Empty bins and recycle as much as possible. You will find labelled bins near the toilet/shower facilities at the back of the house.
- Strictly do not smoke inside the huts.
- Not cause nuisance or annoyance to occupants of any nearby property.
- Keep the gate shut at all times.
Dogs & Pets
Guest's dogs and other pets are not permitted on the site for the sake of our free range pets.
Do not feed any of the animals. Your kindness could cause sickness and sometimes it could be fatal.
We try not to release the sheep & goats until breakfast is over. Please be aware when cooking or eating outside, you may be bombarded!
Our Liability ('Us')
- We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage or theft to any belongings, vehicles or injuries sustained by you or any member of your party.
- We will do all we can within our responsibilty to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
Encountering a problem
We hope you will never have any cause for complaint but in the event that a problem occurs please contact us as soon as possible while you are at the hut so that we can make every reasonable effort to assist you and to resolve the issue.

CCTV is in operation over the carpark for security/safety purposes.
Placing a Booking Request
On receipt of payment, a booking confirmation email will be sent to you within 4 working days, containing the details of your stay and of payments made. If you have not received your booking confirmation within the specified time, please notify us as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to check the details on your booking confirmation are correct and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors not corrected prior to arrival.
The dates of your booking will be held upon payment.
If for any reason, the facilities that you requested are not available, or there has been a variation in price, we will contact you and advise you of the details and suggest alternative arrangements and confirm costs. If you accept the proposal then your account will be debited to the newly agreed amount.
Booking Conditions
The contract is for a short term holiday rental. A contract is only entered into once your payment has been processed and an email of confirmation issued. Treguth Glamping only accepts bookings from persons over 18 years of age and reserves the right, at all times, without statement of reasons, to refuse a booking.
Cancellation
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please advise us by email on treguthglamping@hotmail.com
All monies paid for a holiday are fully refundable up to 7 days before your arrival.
